Observations:
- Students do not recraft their writing unless specifically asked
- When students do recraft their writing, their focus tends to be on spelling and simple punctuation.
- Peer assessment/discussions are mainly based on students just listening with basic comments "I like your writing". Students even seem to struggle to select specific details that they like about a peers writing.
Assessment:
- Based on 2014 end of year data - 26 students (from rooms 12/13) are on level 2A - only 1 phase below standard.
